Dr. Lowentritt has a general urology practice with a focus on minimally invasive techniques to treat urological conditions. His expertise includes robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic management of renal, bladder, and prostate cancer, as well as minimally invasive options for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stones, pelvic organ prolapse, and ureteropelvic junction obstruction. 


Dr. Lowentritt has been at the forefront of robotic urology procedures and was the first surgeon in Maryland to perform robot assisted surgery for bladder cancer. 


He has authored numerous articles and chapters on subjects including robotic surgery, erectile dysfunction, pediatric urology, female urology and the urological management of patients after renal transplantation.


Dr. Lowentritt has been selected as a "Super Doctor" by his peers in The Washington Post magazine and as a "Top Doctor" in Baltimore magazine. Dr. Lowentritt serves on the Board of Directors for the Baltimore City Medical Society.

Dr. Dickstein is a urologic oncologist who trained at the world-renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.  Dr. Dickstein focuses on all urologic cancers and specializes in open, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. His expertise includes the treatment of bladder cancer (non-invasive and locally advanced), kidney cancer (small or locally advanced tumors), and prostate cancer (including primary and salvage surgery for complex cases).


Dr. Dickstein also specializes in the treatment of testicular and penile cancers. He has published numerous articles on urologic cancers in multiple medical journals and has presented at national meetings on subjects primarily related to bladder and penile cancers.


He is a member of the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network (BCAN) Scientific Advisory Board, which is composed of distinguished leading academic urologists, oncologists, radiation oncologists, and pathologists working within the bladder cancer field, representing many of the major cancer centers in the U.S and Canada.


Dr. Dickstein received a Merit Award for the 2011 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium by the American Society of Clinical Oncology, was a first place winner of the Max K. Willscher Resident Research Award competition at the New England Section of the American Urologic Association, and he was presented with the Editor's Award of Excellence for an Original Study from the Uro Today International Journal.


Dr. Dickstein was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society while he was in medical school.

Dr. Dietrick specializes in the treatment of prostate cancer, including da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. In addition, his focus includes medical and minimally invasive treatment of enlarged prostate (BPH) and voiding problems in men.


His interest in cancer treatment began in the 1980s with work at the National Cancer Institute and continued through his years on the clinical faculty of Stanford Medical Center and the Johns Hopkins University Department of Urology. Dr. Dietrick performed the first da Vinci robotic prostatectomy at a community hospital in Maryland in 2005 and has performed approximately 1,000 successful operations since then, more than any other community urologist in Maryland.  Dr. Dietrick performed traditional open prostatectomies for 15 years prior to this.


Dr. Dietrick served as Prostate Chair of the Maryland Chapter of the American Cancer Society, was awarded one of the first Young Leaders in Urology awards of the American Urological Association, and is a member of the American Association of Physician Leaders. He served as Chief of the Department of Surgery, St. Joseph Medical Center for 8 years and is now the President of the Medical Staff.  In addition, he has led and served on many quality improvement teams, medical boards and executive boards at several local hospitals..


In 2010, he was inducted into The Healing Hands Guild of the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center. The Guild honors physicians who excel in their clinical skills and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellent and compassionate care.  Dr. Dietrick has also been selected as a Super Doctor in The Washington Post magazine in 2011, 2012 and 2013.


He was named the Chief Value Officer at Chesapeake Urology in 2016, a newly created senior position that is unique among urology groups in the nation.  In this position, he will work to develop policies and procedures that produce high quality, cost effective, medical care with measurable outcomes.

Dr. Leone practices general urology with a focus on advanced endoscopic and minimally-invasive techniques for the treatment of both benign and malignant urologic diseases. He specializes in the ureteroscopic treatment of kidney stones, ureteral obstruction, and ureteral cancer, as well as laparoscopic and robotic surgery for ureteropelvic junction obstruction and cancer of the prostate, bladder and kidneys.


He graduated magna cum laude from Jefferson Medical College and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his urologic residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, receiving numerous awards and honors including the Outstanding Educational Efforts in Urology Award and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award. Dr. O'Reilly treats all aspects of adult urology. His special interests include minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery, the management and treatment of stone disease, and urinary incontinence in men and women.


Dr. O'Reilly has been practicing urology since 2001. He served in the U.S. Army for 15 years from 1991 until 2006, when he joined Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, Maryland as an attending urologist. He joined Chesapeake Urology in January 2013.


During his tenure in the U.S. Army, Dr. O'Reilly was a Lieutenant Colonel and was Chief, Urology Service and Program Director, Urology Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. In addition, Dr. O'Reilly also served as Medical Director, Madigan Urology Clinical Research Center and as an assistant professor of surgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.


Earlier in his military career, Dr. O'Reilly was an attending urologist and assistant residency program director at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, and prior to that, he was the general medical officer at Camp Stanley, Korea and the officer-in-charge at Camp Stanley Troop Medical Clinic. Dr. O'Reilly was awarded the Army Commendation Medal, which is awarded to individuals for heroism, meritorious achievement or meritorious service, and the prestigious Expert Field Medical Badge, earned by only 15 percent of Army medical personnel.


He has been an investigator in numerous research studies and has published articles in multiple medical journals.

Dr. Uberoi specializes in minimally invasive urologic surgery with advanced training in robotic surgery. His interests include aspects of general urologic health including kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and erectile dysfunction. He focuses on use of minimally invasive approaches to perform nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, cryosurgery, as well as robotic radical prostatectomy using the daVinci Surgical System.


A member of the American Urological Association, the Endourological Society, and the Society of Sexual Medicine, Dr. Uberoi has co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals on subjects including laparoscopic and robotic surgery, erectile dysfunction, and complications of urologic surgery. He has presented original research at numerous national and international urologic meetings.


In addition, he has been a Pedro Zamora Fellow for AIDS Action in Washington, D.C, and a Research Assistant at both the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health's Primary Care Policy Center for Underserved Populations and Duke University's Center for Health Policy, Law and Management.
